Retention Periods

We keep your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we'll delete personal data within 90 days, though we may retain some information longer when required by Taiwan accounting and tax regulations.

Financial analysis data you create is stored until you delete it or close your account. Support correspondence is typically retained for three years.

We're selective about who gets access to your information. Most of the time, data stays within our own systems.

Our primary servers are in Taiwan, and that's where your data lives. If you're accessing our service from outside Taiwan, your information will be transferred here. We take appropriate safeguards to protect data during any international transfers.
